Hypnotic Programming

These sessions are 90-120 minute sessions and are personalized to your unique goals. At the completion of your session, you will be sent your personalized hypnotic recording to listen to on your own. We will explore and uncover subconscious blocks that come in the form of fears and negative beliefs about oneself, which limit an individual’s ability to achieve forward progress. These beliefs create patterns of self-sabotage and defeat due to repetitive programming. Through hypnosis, we change limited thinking to positive and healthy thoughts which reinforces healthy habits and patterns of living.

Eye Movement Hypnotherapy

This therapy can be a very effective protocol in conjunction with hypnosis.  This is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) technique that delivers immediate rapid relief from emotional distress.  The practitioner utilizes slow hand movement patterns that the eyes follow to access various trigger points that are believed to be linked to memories and certain emotional states of being.  This is a very powerful technique that brings the client to a state of peace and calm.

Inner Child Regression Hypnotherapy

Our early experiences shape the way we respond to and perceive the world we live in. Memories of these past events are stored in our mind, just like information is stored on a computer hard drive.   We develop beliefs about ourselves during these early years through emotionally charged events and interpret the information to the best of our ability.  However, we don’t always have guidance as to how to handle the emotional trauma that may accompany an event.  For example, if we are in a situation where we are made fun of, or laughed at, or maybe we endure some level of emotional or physical abuse, we may not have the means to understand, and we create defensive patterns and habits based on what we choose to believe about ourself.


Inner-child regression work, is a gentle healing process that allows us to revisit these sensitizing events and create healing from negative emotions and limiting beliefs, by reframing them into new, healthy and positive ones.

Parts Resolution Hypnotherapy

Parts Hypnotherapy is based on the idea that we compartmentalize certain parts of our psyche.  For example, we may have an inner parent part, an inner child part, an inner critic part and so on.  Each part  generally has a higher intention but is often creating inner conflict with the other parts.  This conflict is what often creates conflict in reaching our intended goals.  A parts hypnotherapy session addresses these individual parts of our psyche in order to integrate them and get them working together instead of separately.  In this way, we are able to have commonality in our goals and feel like every part of us is working in our behalf.

Neuro Linguistic Programming

NLP is a process that targets changes in thinking and behavior by creating an observable reference point with positive suggestion.  This technique is a beautiful adjunct to hypnotic programming as it helps a client change the way in which they view a given situation from their past or in their current state, and readdress it in a positive perspective.  All of our patterns of behavior begin with a thought that triggers an emotional and physiological response in our being.  When we are able to take an observer role, we are able to look at, understand and break ourselves out of disruptive patterns we have created in our thinking and behavior.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a method which facilitates clients in bringing repressed emotions to the surface, which are stored in the body memory. Many of us are unaware of the deep rooted emotions that are negatively affecting our ability to function in a happy, productive and fulfilling manner. As these emotions and awareness come forward, they are able to be released from the body, which allows the client to realize a greater sense of peace and calm throughout their being. This process is especially beneficial for those who have difficulty with awareness of what caused the issues they are having in the first place.
